1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
All HistoHead products are made-to-order. Once your purchase is confirmed, your items are custom-printed specifically for you.
To ensure the fastest delivery and reduce our carbon footprint, we partner with a global fulfillment network to print and ship your order as close to your location as possible:
- EU Orders: Printed and shipped from Spain or Latvia.
- US Orders: Printed and shipped from the USA.
- UK Orders: Printed and shipped from the UK (Exceptions: Maroon Lightweight T-shirts and size 3XL will ship from the EU or USA).
- Australia, Canada, & Japan Orders: Standard sizes (up to 2XL) in Black, Navy, and White T-shirts are printed and shipped locally.
- All Other Orders (including exceptions listed above): Shipped from the nearest available international facility.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Total delivery time is calculated by adding the production time to the shipping time.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days

Shipping Times:
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- United States: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–8 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–20 business days
Note: Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 calendar days. However, deliveries to remote regions or during peak seasonal holidays (e.g., December) may experience extended transit times.
3. ORDER TRACKING & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- Lost Packages: If you have not received your order within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and assist you.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are strictly responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is lost, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside of our local fulfillment zones, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may be applied by the destination country upon delivery.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs at checkout.
- We cannot predict or control these fees. Please consult your local customs office for specific information regarding import policies and thresholds before placing an order.
6. SHIPPING ZONES & RATES
Exact shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart contents. We offer Free Shipping on all orders containing 3 or more items.
For orders with fewer than 3 items, the following base flat rates apply:
- USA: $4.75 (Standard) | $8.99 (Express)
- UK: $4.59
- EU Zone: $4.79
- EFTA Zone (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland): $9.99
- Canada: $8.29
- Australia & New Zealand: $7.69
- Japan: $4.75
- Rest of the World: $11.99
