Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the following regions:

North America: United States and Canada.
Asia Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
Where do you ship from?
At HistoHead, every piece is printed fresh to order just for you. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to get your gear printed locally.
For our US customers, your order is printed and shipped from North Carolina or Texas, depending on your exact location and availability.
When will I receive my order?
Every HistoHead piece is printed fresh just for you. Here is what to expect for delivery:
- Production: 2 to 5 business days
- Shipping: 2 to 5 business days
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 calendar days. During busy holiday seasons (especially December), delivery might take just a few days longer.
Once your order ships out, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We appreciate your patience while we custom print your order!
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder, or contact us and we will resend it. You can also visit your account at https://account.histohead.com/orders to view your order history and tracking information.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Good news—no! Because your gear is custom-printed and shipped locally from our USA facilities, your order will not cross any borders and you will not be charged any customs or import fees.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange a product?
If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us, and we will guide you through the process. If your order arrives defective or misprinted, we take full responsibility and will quickly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return is processed or a defective item claim is approved, we will automatically issue a full refund directly to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it usually takes just a few business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Product & Sizing
How do the t-shirts fit?
For men
Our unisex t-shirts run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit that’s easy to wear every day.
For women
Our unisex t-shirts have a looser, boxier fit than typical women’s t-shirts and may feel longer, especially if you’re on the shorter side.
Material
Our unisex t-shirts are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, a super soft and lightweight fabric (4.5 oz / 153 gsm).
How do you print your apparel?
All of our t-shirts are printed on demand using the direct-to-garment (DTG) method. This is the most eco-friendly printing method when compared to heat press and traditional screen printing, and it produces soft, breathable prints.
We use water-based pigment inks that are OEKO-TEX® certified and biodegradable. By printing only when you order, we avoid over-production and reduce waste.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our base garments are responsibly sourced from partners in Bangladesh, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, and Nicaragua. Once you place an order, we custom-print your design locally in Spain, Latvia, the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, or Japan, depending on your exact location.

HistoHead is based in Paris, France, where all of our historical designs are created. Once you place an order, we work with a global network of specialized printing partners to ensure your apparel is produced and shipped as close to you as possible. Whether you're in the US, the EU, or the UK, your order is almost always printed and shipped locally.
Can you create specific designs upon request?
Absolutely! If you have a specific piece of history you'd love to see, tell us your idea. Reach out via our contact page and we'll do our best to make it happen!
