Refund policy

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@histohead.com.
- Important: Items sent back to us or our printing partners without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
- Please note that because our items are custom-printed specially for you, we do not include pre-printed return labels in our packages.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions on how to send your package. (Note: Returns must generally be sent to the specific printing facility that originally shipped your order, which can be found on your packing slip. Please wait for our exact instructions before shipping anything).
3. SIZING ISSUES & EXCHANGES
Because every HistoHead product is individually custom-printed made-to-order just for you, we cannot easily restock or resell returned items.
- We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Please review and compare these measurements carefully before placing your order, as we do not accommodate "just to try on" purchases.
- If you ordered the wrong size and wish to make an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
All of our products go into production specifically for you shortly after an order is placed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order (such as changing a size or updating a shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to catch it before it goes to the printing facility.
- Once an order has entered production, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
5. DAMAGES & QUALITY ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Manufacturing errors or quality issues are fully eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
We will notify you once the facility has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@histohead.com.
